Hey everyone!
My name is Celia, I am a long time classical pianist (and homeschool mom), violin mom and accompanist...for the past few years I have been working to break out of my fixed-mindset and long-held belief that playing piano by ear (or at all without sheet music) was something you could either do or not. Magically, I guess? Anyway, I have been happy to find piano picnic, and am especially enjoying the riffing pro mod over the last few days.
Oh, let’s see, some of my all-time favorite songs to play on the piano are Beethoven’s sonatas! I worked on the Tempest and Pathetique during quarantine this last year.
and my favorite meal? Yikes, that’s a hard one, we also love to eat special food when we travel AND I love to cook. One standout meal I can think of was from our 10th anniversary trip to the beach, we happened across a Polish restaurant, got takeout and ate pierogies, potato pancakes and European chocolate on the beach. ❤️
also, not sure what I’m doing wrong, but when I try to add a picture, it always ends up showing sideways! Tips?
