Hello everyone!
I’m Tricia also from the Philippines 🇵🇭 Hi @noellah-jeannica !
The next two questions are tough! Piano songs top of mind… Ludovico Einaudi’s “Nuvole Bianche” and a lot of Sarah McLachlan songs.
Best meal even harder… I can think of a whole bunch of yummy things but not eaten all the same time and place — salmon carpaccio, calamares, chocolate lava cake, a good burger… One of the most memorable meals would have to be the amazing degustation at Masala Library in New Delhi. It happened to be almost next door to the hotel my husband and I were staying at for a conference. There was a regular and a vegetarian version so we ordered one of each, and the flavors were a food tour of the different culinary regions of India. Excluding the duplicates, it came out to something like 30 different tastes presented very creatively too. One of the desserts was levitating charcoal ice cream. The funny thing is that the courses got bigger as we got towards the end of the meal. We were so stuffed.
Though my post-lockdown number one craving was good dimsum ☺️ Japanese (sushi and ramen) was next on the list.
I started here on PP with Songs by Ear a few months ago. I took beginner piano lessons as a child but don’t remember much. I think it was just the Thompson books. I re-started music learning with the uke a few years ago when I started dabbling in writing songs. Super excited for the upcoming course on songwriting!
