Hi, everyone! I’m Marie from near Pittsburgh, PA (USA) and I’m ready to dive into the world of music. My "big picture" goal is to learn to play piano and Greek lyre to accompany songs I write myself. I’ve never done any of that, so this is going to be along and lovely journey.
My favorite meal, given the picnic theme, was a picnic I surprised my husband with: two cold lobsters, a bottle of chilled Pinot Grigio, and crusty bread enjoyed in a secluded wildflower meadow overlooking the ocean—a perfect memory!
My favorite pianists are Keith Jarrett and Awadagin Pratt. I’ve had the great pleasure of seeing each of them in concert in intimate settings. Wow!
