Hi everyone! I just got back from vacation & watched the last video in the series, the Launch Party, & the entire Yoga for Pianists course. I LOVE it! It left me wanting more! I did ALL 6 videos in the series @ once! This is SO AWESOME that you did this. I know I need this. I used to do yoga a couple of times a week @ my gym, but they changed the class time, & I never continued @ a "yoga studio." I know I definitely was a lot more flexible & a lot less stiff in the neck & shoulders back then.
Even though I'm a week behind by date on the calendar, I really like the calendar idea as a way to get into & stick with it. I'm not really a daily affirmation or journal kind of person, so that is going to be a real challenge for me, but it's on the calendar, so maybe that will help. The night time meditation is a great idea. I've done something similar similar @ the end of a yoga class, so @ bed time could be a challenge. I'm a night person & do a lot of things on my "to do" list @ night, so when it's bed time, I'm tired lol.
I agree with Noella abut an audio. The whole time i was doing the yoga sequences, I was thinking they should be separate from the course so I could do them without logging into the course and/or getting it to stream on my tv.
I've always wanted to try meditation, but never could get into it on my own. My mind is always wandering & thinking about what I need to be doing. I'm looking forward to next months coaching for some insight that.
Oh & I can't forget! The soundtrack is super! So cool that you provided the soundtrack to Bexie. The feel/vibe is totally on point!
